BRENNAN REECE at THE CRESCENT
(SOLD O
UT)
DOORS 7.00, SHOW 8.00

Considering Brennan Reece has spent most of his life entertaining crowds he recently discovered he is not a people person. He’d much rather stay at home and listen to Dido in the bath.

But after a couple of years of isolation, Brennan is ready to reconnect with real life humans in this brand new hour of hilarious stories, heartbreaking tales and exceptional crowd work.

As seen on: Live At The Apollo, Roast Battle, Celebrity Coach Trip, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Comedy Central At The Comedy Store, Have A Word Podcast and recently doing tour support for Joe Lycett, Jason Manford and John Bishop.

“Powerfully entertaining. Unstoppable force.” ***** Chortle

“The future of comedy” ***** Voice

“A very polite passenger” ***** Uber

Thursday 26th January
LLOYD GRIFFITH at THE CRESCENT
👉 🎟️  TICKETS ON SALE NOW 🎟️ 👈

DOORS 7.00, SHOW 7.30

After Lloyd’s last tour was interrupted by ‘you know what’ and ended up lasting eight years or so, he’s BACK with a brand-new fresh stand-up tour show for 2023. This is Lloyd’s biggest tour to date and he is pumped/really needs you to come. Since school, Lloyd has always been a show off, doing anything he can to make people laugh, and 20 odd years later, nothing’s changed. There’ll be his unique bag of stand up, dubious impressions, and obviously a sprinkling of his (incredible) singing. Lloyd Griffith is: One Tonne of Fun.

As seen on Ted Lasso, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Soccer AM, Comedy Central at The Comedy Store, Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club, Can You Beat The Bookies, Roast Battle, Question of Sport, Not Going Out, House of Games and loads of other stuff. Jack Whitehall’s Arena tour support.

‘What is evident from the outset is that Griffith is bursting with talent. He is a funny, charming, self-effacing comic who very obviously gains great joy from making people laugh. It is evident in the way he feeds off the audience’ – joe.co.uk

‘useful idiot’ – the guardian

‘It’s not often you get a comic and a choirboy rolled into one, and he’s seriously talented in both areas’ Leicester Mercury

‘Lloyd bounces off the audience and has everyone laughing along with him. This is an hour of uplifting stand-up that’ll have you smiling for days. A warm, relatable and hilarious show’ The Sunday Post

Saturday 18th February
JOSIE LONG at THE CRESCENT
👉 🎟️  TICKETS ON SALE NOW 🎟️ 👈
DOORS 7.00, SHOW 7.30

‘After defeat, re-enchantment is necessary’, said Lola Olufemi. This thought inspires Josie Long’s brand-new show of stand-up infused with humanity, compassion and some brief political rants. The triple Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee, underdog Fringe hero and delirious new mother (the first person to have two babies) returns with a show about the changes wrought by time, passion, moving to Scotland, and loving the world under – let’s face it – difficult circumstances.

‘An original and unflagging spirit, oozing enthusiasm and intellect… Long builds delightful comedy worlds’ (The Times)

‘An absolute delight’ (Time Out)

‘An original and unflagging spirit… A passion for ideas and creativity… this is a lovely show’ (The Guardian).
